All caretakers are required to stay on-site as we are not a daycare facility. But we are not just a children’s center, we also want to take care of you. So please take advantage of your children being supervised as you unwind and enjoy our caretaker amenities.
Are adults allowed to play?
Caretakers are more than welcome to go into the rooms to engage in play or watch your children.
Is there a charge for adults?
There is no separate charge for adults, we charge for the children only.
What ages are your rooms suitable for?
Our center is newborn to 6 years old. Under 2 will have a designated room just for them, and a designated area in the indoor “outdoor” play area. All other rooms are for all other ages through 6.
Are socks required with the no shoe policy?
We ask that all rooms be shoe-free and have socks for safety and cleanliness purposes. We also sell grip socks at check-in for those who want or need them.
How do I sign up for special classes and events? (ex: art, movement)
We will have sign up sheets you can call to or add your own name to prior to the start dates of each event or class.
How often do you sanitize?
Cleanliness is a top priority. We sanitize all toys, mats, and play structures daily.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you may being your own food! We just ask that you be diligent with picking your food up when finished as others may have severe allergies to certain foods and beverages.
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept debit and credit cards for check in, and debit, credit, and cash at the tea bar.
Do you have a designated area for breast feeding?
We have an area for breast-feeding located away from play areas and the parent lounge for your privacy.

Are there changing tables?
We have changing tables located in both of our restrooms.
Who is supervising my children?
We have staff supervising all the rooms while engaging and assisting the children as needed. They are experienced Child Development Workers with a passion for children and their developmental learning!
Is there a parent area? Wi-Fi?
We have a cozy parent lounge where caretakers can relax or catch up on work and emails if they choose. We offer free Wi-Fi with our tea/ snack bar at your convenience just around the corner.
Are you open on weekends?
We are open on Saturday, (Monday – Saturday; 9:00 am-5:00 pm), but Sunday is available for private birthday parties.
Do I pay for my infant?
We have an infant room, so your child will be able to enjoy while you unwind at our normal pricing. However, if you only choose to hold/wear your infant in a carrier, we will not charge for that child.
Is the Tea Bar nut-free?
Our drinks and snacks are all nut-free and vegetarian. We also offer dairy-free alternatives.
Are there sibling discounts?
Our day passes have a base price, after that it’s only $5 per additional child. Ask us about membership deals for multiple children!
